I have tried to install the whole demo content, however trying to install content from two different themes sort mess up the pages and I am unable to find the above content.
I understand your request, what you can do is to reset the DB with plugin WP-Reset, activate and install you wanted Demo, then I will import those two different pages on to your site. Sure it's messy, we don't recommend installing two demos at one site, it big mess.
