If you're not in a shop page where the prices can be filtered then there is a possibility it won't show, since the shop widgets like cart, product filter, recently viewed products won't show on other pages.

The FTP credentials are for the FTP (File Transfer Protocol) used to transfer files and the root where your site files are saved, I will need access to make some installations manually when they fail through WordPress. If you don't have them anywhere in your e-mail, ask your hosting provider support and they should know or at least head you where you can find them.
