The problem is not on the job site. The problem is with generated link from the post site "Current". The link should open in a new tab but it doesn't, see movie attached.
I understand now you want the post items hyperlink to be open in new window, this requires custom code to be implemented, currently in this package we don't offer Custom Code.

The link of the thumbnail should open in a new tab, but it doesn't, any idea why? In the attachment you see my settings of the link.

1) First i had to change permalink structure so i could view the page correctly cause i was getting redirected to home page all time.
2) The page http://regapack.ch/home/jobs/?lang=en, seems to be ok so please check if this was a page you where looking to open it in new tab.
