    Is it possible to use an image for the Pricing Table Header background instead of a color?

    This is not possible but maybe I can give you a CSS code to make that possible. So can you please write URL of this exact page where you used Pricing table please?

    Please add the code below to your Custom CSS area:

    .pricing-table .plan .plan-head {
    background: url(http://healthfoodnutritionfitness.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/men-women-running.jpg) !important;
    background-size: cover !important;
}

    Then you can change the image with your own image.
