I have watched your tutorial regarding page specific fonts and am trying to add a font per your instructions but am getting the attached error message. Please see and advise.
Thanks for the reply and suggestion. I will reach out to my host but prior to doing so, I want to let you know that upon initial installation, I was able to access the 'add fonts' portion I am in need of assistance with. After navigating through the installed template for 10 minutes or so, I received the error message I sent.
Perhaps that may give you some valuable insight for trouble shooting?
This issue is related to PHP version. I suggest you to update the PHP version of your hosting to 5.6 or newer. This way, it will ensure full functionality of the theme.
The required version is noted there. Changing PHP version is no issue at all, most of the host companies provide this option in their Control Panel, if you are not sure you can contact them directly to upgrade PHP version for you.
Note that using newer PHP is strongly recommended for security and performance reasons.
Reached out to my host to switch the PHP and am awaiting new configuration. In the meantime, I got the attached error message this morning while working on my website. I am completely locked out and have no admin access at all. Please assist as soon as possible.
That has to do with the PHP limits on your server too. Please send this screenshot to your hosting provider too and they will increase the limits for you.
Please note though that many hosts will try to keep the PHP limits low without reason. However you are paying for it, and therefor should be getting your moneys worth.
Thanks for the reply. My host has increased the PHP limits to 5.6 and higher and now I am faced with a new issue.
I'm trying to re-upload the Kalium theme on my Wordpress Dashboard (they set me up with a brand new wordpress dashboard) and it's not allowing me to do so. The error message I receive is attached. When I click, "please try again", it reroutes me to the same "upload theme" dashboard page with no further communication or notification that the theme was uploaded or not.

Hi dinopaolo,
Can you please share your Wordpress and FTP credentials here, because I need to login to your site and test this issue.
To include your credentials click Insert Credentials button in editor toolbar. (See how)
Thank you!
Hi dinopaolo,
This error is probably happening because your server is using an old version of PHP (PHP 5.2).
Wordpress and Kalium recommend to use at least PHP 5.3 or if you can PHP 7 would be great.
For more info visit this link Recommended PHP Configuration Limits.
Thanks!

Hi there,
Sorry for the late reply, this happened because we where on a conference this weekend and we where away from our office.
If you still haven't solved this, then we already offer an article Error: “Are you sure you want to do this? Please try again”. It seems that your your PHP is increased but your server administrator left some limits very low.
If you still have any question please don't hesitate to write to write us again.
Thank you!
