Slider issue

I am using the education demo content install. If I edit the homepage slider and change any of the settings such as the post ids in the query that generates the slider from the wordpress posts a big white rectangle appears on the right hand side of the slider.

    Hi Martin,

Please consider reading the article from author of Slider Rev. for Post-Based Slider, is better this way i believe you will learn how to create so you can be pure creator

    Thank you.

    Hi Eroll,

Thanks for the link to the article but I don't understand why if I make no changes at all to the demo education content install except for clicking 'save' in the slider revolution 'edit settings' for the home page slider it breaks the design. See: delphis.works for the issue. I have change nothing at all in the education demo content.

    Thanks,

    Ian

    Hi Martin,

Can you please share with us your sites WP Credentials, we have to look from close view.

To include your credentials click Insert Credentials button in editor toolbar. (See how)

    Thank you.

    Hi Martin,

I didn't waist a time i have re-imported that slider and everything looks just fine.

Please take a look and let us know if is everything OK.

    Thank you.

    Hi Eroll,

As soon as I save it again -- even without making any changes -- the white rectangle appears again. I can't re-import from scratch each time.

    Thanks,

    Ian

    Hi martiniburningsky,

I'm attaching the homepage-slider here you can delete the old one and re import new one.

I will ask dev team what it might be the reason and will be back to you, but is not causing trouble in our side this is weird.

    Thank you.

Thanks Eroll. At present I am unable to make any changes to the homepage slider because of this issue.

    Hi martiniburningsky,

Consider reading some articles from author, please visit the site online RevSlider Documentation.

I'm not sure what are you changing but will be ok after you get some information how to do those changes.

    Thank you.

    Hi Eroll,

Even if I make no changes at all to the homepage slider it is corrupted as soon as I go into slider settings and click the green save icon. This is preventing me doing any work at all with the homepage slider.

I have read the documentation and I understand how to change post-ids for a post-based slider, but this doesn't help if every time I hit save -- no matter what the change -- the slide is corrupted by the white rectangle.

You can recreate this problem with the credentials I have provided. Please take a look and advise on a fix.

    Thanks,

    Ian

    Hi martiniburningsky,

The slider seems to be working fine now, I have added a text and saved the slider, it was showing in the homepage and also the white background is gone, can you  confirm it's alright now?

    Best regards,
    Laborator Team

    Hi Art,

I can confirm this is working OK now. How did you fix the issue? I need to apply the same fix to my live website so I can change the homepage slider without corrupting it.

    Thanks,

    Ian

    Hi Ian,

I haven't fixed anything, it was working when I entered your slider, I have only tested it if it works or not.

    Best regards,

That's very strange. I am really worried about changing anything on my live site though as this problem was definitely there before -- did Eroll change something?

    Hi martiniburningsky,

Probably that was fixed by Eroll since he assigned this ticket to me, the plugins seem to be updated so maybe it was a plugin update problem.

I will set this ticket as closed now, so if you have any other issue you can create a new ticket

    Best regards,
