On your https://breeze-tours.com site I see a different layout, so I think that you are using another URL from the screenshots that you attached.

Please send me URL and the credentials of your website because I need to login to your site and in order to see what is happening and assist you.

I think that you have copied that text from any document such as PDF or Word document, documents use different unicode of characters and that's why this problem can happen, on this video http://drops.laborator.co/cDEnyl+ you can see how i wrote the same word from the keyboard and this issue was solved.
