I've got quite a big problem: I updated Kalium to the latest version (2.1.4) and after that updated the required/recommended plugins. There was an error message with slider revolution and since then the plugin is completely gone. I can't event find it in my plugins list any more. Thanks for quick help.
I was able to fix the problem. But still strange, what happened: I got the error message as you can see in the attachment. So I deleted the "revslider" folder on via ftp and then could load Slider Revolution again ... Still don't know, what went wrong during the first update an how it could happen. But it's working fine now.
Thera are some very rare cases when this happen. Error is saying that thr plugin already existed but there was an error during thr update, this can happen if the plugin is trying to update but the network can be down an that moment and plugin creates come files but fails to finish the installation. In those cases you need to go to thr plugin folder and delete it’s files and then try to install thr plugin again.
I’mglad that you managed to solve this problem and now you can continue to use the plugin again.
