Hi, I've just gone through an extensive testing process with Mailchimp in the USA with Mailchimp for Woocommerce extension.
We disabled all the plugins except the ones for Kalium theme. The mail chimp pop up form does not work. Mailchimp have stated it is a conflict with the theme.
Mailchimp is a pretty big part of our commerce strategy as I imagine is the case for many other Kalium/Worpress users. What can you do for us?
The previously submitted credentials don't seem to be working anymore, can you please share your new site credentials here, because we need to login to your site and see this issue live. Your information is safe (private) in this thread.
To include your credentials click Insert Credentials button in editor toolbar. (See how)
However I don't know if I was applying it right. The theme on front-end didn't generated any error.
So it would help me a lot if you could tell me the steps I need to follow and except a result. Also tell me any example (external) page how this popup works in general environment.
FYI the FTP credentials provided are not working for me, is there a country restriction plugin installed your site? If so, I have Tunnel bear plugin to switch location to your allowed ones.
I'm not sure what's happened but I've now seen the popup two times. So it may be working now. I'm not sure if you've fixed something or I updated Woocommerce to latest version. I also followed this advice:
So is Mailchimp popup now working properly on your site?
Based on the article you have read to fix this issue I guess the problem is more related to Plugin rather than theme, it fails to load jQuery and therefore it couldn't instantiate.

Hi Zan,
I'd like to cooperate with you together to solve this issue. What I need from you is to give me the proper steps to reproduce this issue.
Currently I got the code, however I am not sure how to test it and where to apply it. I did added it here:

Hi Zan,
Well, I was seeing the exact popup yesterday (the screenshot is also taken yesterday):

In fact, I didn't changed anything!
So is Mailchimp popup now working properly on your site?
Based on the article you have read to fix this issue I guess the problem is more related to Plugin rather than theme, it fails to load jQuery and therefore it couldn't instantiate.
