You have to access your site over FTP to delete the folder but before you go on please make sure that Kalium Child Theme is not on the list Appearance -> Theme.
How to access your site over ftp, please refer to article Installing the theme over FTP, in your case just use try to upload kalium-child, you can also delete the folder kalium-child and install from WP Admin area.

I have an error with installing the kalium-child.zip in my themes, saying 'the folder already exists. This is the course of events that caused this:
1) Tried to install kalium-chilp.zip theme (read the advice on your documentation page, but did not realise needed Kalium first)
2) Got an error that I need to install Kalium theme first
3) Installed kalium.zip successfully as theme
4) Now that I re-try to install kalium-child.zip I get the error that the folder is already there.
This problem probably occurred due to starting with step 1.
Can I undo this step and successfully install the child theme? I read that it is preferred to work with this child theme.
