This was a very strange issue. I updated your Visual Composer to the latest version and the issue was still present. This is a first time that I see an issue like this, and I hope that Visual Composer will fix this little problem on their next plugin updates.

I found the problem and a quick fix:

Then i changed Content Position on the Row Settings (Video: http://drops.laborator.co/Ie5D96) and the problem was solved but your content is not in the middle anymore. To fix that problem too you can add a padding top to that column (Video: http://drops.laborator.co/sjj71I).
