I am not an expert on Wordpress and I bought your theme thinking it was going to be easy to set up as per your description. To my surprise, I see the need of coding knowledge as per your tutorials, and I am not comfortable with it since I find myself limited now.
Another thing is that I would like to know how to make create the Minimal Header like the file attached.
Thank you and I really hope you can make more detailed tutorials.
Please consider reading the article we wrote about Menu Types, just in case I'm sending another useful article How to Setup Menu, no coding is required to have Light Menu.
Regarding the coding, there is absolutely no code required to get a same look like in our demos since we have the demo content importer or even if you don't use the importer there is no need to code, you can read more about the theme setup in our documentation area.
If you have further questions, don't hesitate to ask and we'll try to be more informative.
Yes I've been reading and watching the tutorials and I am making some progress now.
I have another question, I am creating a landing page and I would like to add Testimonials. Do you have a specific documentation for Kalium regarding that? I've tried searching in the documentation and I don't seem to have the "Testimonials" element on the Visual Composer menu.
Currently we don't have testimonials implemented in the theme, it's in our to do list and very soon it will be available on the theme since we need it four our demos too.
Currently I am on the phase of creating the Shop with Woocommerce and I am encountering the attached message. Also I notice that the "add to cart" button is missing from the product page.
I read it. Does it means that the reason why the "add to cart" button does not appear is because the templates are outdated? If yes, what can I do in the mean time to be able to sell on the shop?
If you haven't updated anything then the "add to cart" should work, can you please share your site credentials here, because we need to login to your site and see this issue live. Your information is safe (private) in this thread.
To include your credentials click Insert Credentials button in editor toolbar. (See how)
Which slide is showing blurry? I have a 27" iMac and they don't seem so blurry to me. What you need to do is have larger images (at least twice of the size you want to show 2x) and then show them in the slider and resize to a lower size this way they will show in normal size but with high quality.
The whole problem is the use of small images so you will have to choose between the high quality images or lower quality but faster loading of your slider, you can compress your images using the TinyPNG service or any other service to make them less in kilobytes or less MB.
Regarding your other questions, these are sites from the showcase which means not each of the clients uses only native parts of the theme, some of them are customized by clients needs or may use any third-party plugin, and that's not something we can know.
The website is live now, and the theme looks amazing and everything was working well until today. The website became awfully slow to load and a "500 Error" appeared when loading it. This is how it happened:
I used to have W3 Total Cache and I decided to deactivate it a week ago because I noticed it has issues with the theme and I wanted to see the implementations been done with Kallium.
So today, while opening Slider Revolution on the WP Dashboard, I received a screen message on how to improve the website's loading speed and one of them was to delete the Cache. I clicked on the instructions and one of them was with W3 Total Cache. So I activated the plugging and then deleted all the cache.
After a while, I encountered the 500 error while trying to load my website so I assumed it was W3 plugging bothering again. I deactivated the plugging again, I don't have the 500 error but the website's loading time is very slow.
Please help me to fix it Art. Attached is a screen shot of the PageSpeed insights.
The W3 Super Cache is not the one we recommend, instead of it we use WP Super Cache in our demos and sites, if you were able to check our documentation article about speeding up the site you could notice this.
Your site seems to load fine and the testers do not show it so bad as you describe it, it is important to use less plugins and minify the images as much as you can, since the theme is minified and compressed to load faster in each part of it, it needs improvement every time but it loads just like a normal site should be.

Hi Jose,
Please take some time to read about this in our documentation, we have explained why it shows the outdated copies.

Hi Art,
The attached images show blurry or pixelated in my laptop and it is only 15 inch Macbook Pro.
I'll try to do what you instructed. My understanding was that the larger the image the slower the loading and I was trying to keep them under 400kb
Thank you and regards,
Jose
