Hi, so for the theme, when you are using Chrome and have a project portfolio item open, with the fullscreen option, and you click the hamburger menu button, the side menu slides in but then the picture becomes tiny and moves to the top center of the page. It does not do this on Safari if you want to compare.
It would mean a lot if we can get this issue resolved.
We need to see this issue on the backend and check how you've implemented the image background.

Just checked your site and as I can see you're using an old version of the theme, also you have changed the domain so I have revoked the old domain license to activate it on this site, please activate the license on this site to be able to update the theme and plugins and if the problem isn't there we will check it again.
I have deleted the theme to make a fresh installation to see if that fixes the issue but now I am unable to install it since your site comes up with upload_max_filesize limit, so please see the server requirements and ask from your hosting provider to implement the recommended values.
Hi, I am noticing the theme has still not been installed, I was wondering if there have been any updates? Also is there anyway to make this process go faster. Possibly calling in or something?
I've finally managed to install the theme again but I can't do anything else besides that, your site extremely sloooow. Can you please check that with the hosting company, maybe your hosting plan is not okay which is turning out that your site needs minutes to load a single page.
you and I both know very well this has nothing to do with hosting. This website was hosted on two completely different hosting companies and the problem still persisted. I am very disappointed in this customer service.
You have misunderstood me, I didn't say it was a hosting issue as it doesn't have to do anything with it, I said I am having problems doing just a single click on your site after that since the site was extremely slow. Now it is working normally, happy to hear you found out the fix for the image, tested this in my locally installed theme and there was no problem with the full-sized image and the sidebar menu.
Regarding the project description box, I could't find the problem, it seems to work if you add some text to the description.

I have figured out how to fix the picture error moving up using
.portfolio-full-bg-slider {height: -webkit-fill-available;
}
It is clearly a CSS issue, the project description box is still not working. If you can please help with that, it would be appreciated.
