When I click an image that is supposed to open in a Lightbox, it initially opens in a Lightbox but after a few seconds it transfers me to the item's portfolio page.
Can you tell me why this is happening? I'd like the image to only open in a lightbox and not transfer me to that secondary page. This is happening across my website wherever I use the lightbox setting.
We don't have this issue on our theme, and it should work to you too. Can you please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don't come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.
If the problem is still active then please send us your WP and FTP credentials and we will check why is this issue happening.
Upon looking closer at the console in Chrome, I found this error message:
jquery.fluidbox.min.js:1 Fluidbox: The jQuery debounce/throttle plugin is not found/loaded. Even though Fluidbox works without it, the window resize event will fire extremely rapidly in browsers, resulting in significant degradation in performance upon viewport resize. (anonymous) @ jquery.fluidbox.min.js:1 (anonymous) @ jquery.fluidbox.min.js:1
Any idea why I'd get that error message? It seems like it might be related, but I'm not sure how.
I tried disabling plugins and it didn't seem to work.
This looks interesting, the functionality of portfolio item click event should not change page location, however I need your FTP credentials in order to test this issue. To include your credentials click Insert Credentials button in editor toolbar. (See how)
As for this fluidbox issue, I was trying to reproduce it but I didn't came in that error. Can you tell me how do you get all those errors, maybe do a video?
