You have to choose Post Format : Video, see the image below to understand :
Then add that youtube link in the first line of post content and it should use the youtube url you have provided.

I faced with problem of sharing video post.
1) There is no preview of this video (please see the attachment Video Preview)
2)And do you remember when you did me a favour and told how to make a preview of posts?
I could do this. But unfortunately there is no preview of video post (see the attachment Video Post)

With the current user privileges i can't see the backed on your site and edit that page too see if you have added a featured image or not.
But, you need to attach a featured image to your Post so it will be used for those areas that you mentioned.
