I installed the Kalium demo content for Freelancer. It installed successfully with 1 error message, but it was mumbo jumbo text, not a clear message as to what the error was.
The site works with the demo content with 1 exception.
When you click on the Portfolio thumbnail from the homepage, it leads to a 404 error page.
When I create a new Portfolio page in Wordpress and click "Preview Page" I also get a 404 error.
I also tried creating a new page and got the same result.
Sorry to see that you don't have the Insert Credentials Options, maybe there is an issue at ticksy and we don't own it so we could help you. but any way you can write them here direct as private msg i will take care of theme to insert on Customer Note. Then i will check your issue.
I found the issue the plugin MOJO Marketplace was causing trouble, also we strongly recommend you to update PHP version on your server, you can refer to our server to learn more about it Kalium Server Requirements.
Also W3Cache Total will not work correctly your server configuration is missing some modules that W3Cache total has dependancy. There is option to check compatibility :

1) Please save change permalink to post name, see the image below to learn the steps, and than jut press the save button.

2) if you have further issue please consider sharing with us your sites WP Credentials.
To include your credentials click Insert Credentials button in editor toolbar. (See how)
