I've spoken with Woocommerce support about a few problems we've been having with their plugins at our website www.stonedcrystals.com .
They have pointed out to me after their Ninja's have investigated that the problem is with the Kalium theme being non-standard compliant with Woocommerce theme standards.
These are the problems we're having with.
1. Woocommerce Social Login as admin in the admin portal I can not load the social integrations as an administrator
2. On the product pages when I install Social Login
3. After installing Woocommerce Product Reviews Pro the social login tabs don't display and in general the product item theme with Kalium looks horrible. So users can't login or be encouraged to write reviews.
4. On the Checkout page with Social Login installed the social login integration looks a little chunky
Woocommerce have said that all of these problems are to do with Kalium theme not being 100% compliant with Woocommerce guidlines for theme implementation. Woocomerce Social Login, Woocommerce Product Reviews Pro are both native Woocommerce plugins.
Woocommerce said there is nothing they can do to assist and that I need to approach Kalium support. So here I am. I would suggest getting access to the Plugins and installing them in the Kalium dev environment and seeing how they look and function. I'd really like these plugins to be supported better. I have had to disable the plugins except for Social Login as they are not working with the Kalium theme at all.

In order to be able to fix the issues/incompatibilities I need these plugins to be active and steps to access the issues. For this I also need FTP credentials to change theme files (to include your credentials click Insert Credentials button in editor toolbar, see how)
Our designer is making the theme compatible design for WooCommerce Reviews Pro so I will notify you when its completed because it will take a while to develop the support for that plugin.
