Visual composer - inaccessible

Trying to use visual composer, I get a whited-out version of the page, with a visual composer "loading" image that doesn't stop "loading"

I see on the required plugins page that Visual Composer 5.2.1 is required, but can't be manually updated.  My current installed version is 4.9

Is it likely that a new Kalium release will contain the VC update soon?

    Hi there,

When we released update 2.1.2 the latest version of Visual Composer was included (5.2.1) so you can update the theme and Visual Composer to 5.2.1 as the latest version was just released yesterday and it will need more time to be included in the theme since we have to see what has changed and check the compatibility between theme and Visual  Composer.

    Best regards,
    Laborator Team

    Hi again,

Have you had time to read this article about updating the premium plugins, there are a lot of information regarding the plugins.

Those are premium plugins that we offer bundled with the theme, so you can't update them from the Wordpress > Plugins section.

To update those plugins to the latest version that we support, just go to Appearance > Install Plugins.

If you encounter any problem please please share your Wordpress credentials here, because I need to login to your site and test your issue. Your information is safe here (private) in this thread.

To include your credentials click Insert Credentials button in editor toolbar. (See how)

    Thanks!

    Best regards,

    Hi Scott,

I have managed to update the premium plugins by first deleting them completely, then using the Install Plugins I reinstalled the latest version which is include in Kalium, you shouldn't have any issues now.

    Best regards,
    Laborator Team
