I have recently bought Kalium for my new website, but i need some assistance with some customization.
1- I have set up 2 custom fonts, but they are not applied correctly, sometimes they load but most of the time they don't.
2- i need to change the colour of the text on header and footer with two different colours, but i can't seem to find an option to change them separately.
3- Social icons are not showing on the bottom of my desktop site, on mobile they work, but i need them on top of the copiright area.
Could you please help me?

Can you please try to be very specific about the question and explain it more to us, in this way we can easily understand you and give you the proper answer.
Also please share your Wordpress credentials here, because I need to login to your site and test this issue. Your information is safe here (private) in this thread.

1. I have set up some custom fonts on the typography section of the theme, with different weights between h1,h2,h2 and menù, but they don't seem to be applied.
2. i have uploaded my custom css with your modifications, and the copyright area is now white, but everithing else is still black. In the footer area the hamburgher icon of the menu is red, and the menu text is white, and i would like them to be black, but i don't know how to change both of them without changing the link colour option on the theme styling tab.
3. if you open up the image of my footer that i linked above, you can see that there are no social icons. Maybe it's something related to my screen size, i am editing my site with a 4k resolution screen, on the mobile version they are present but black.
I will upload my credentials but please be kind and try to explain to me what you change and why on the website, because i am a newbie with theme personalization, css and everithing..

But still, i dont' see my social icons :( - i mean, i know they are there because if i load the site on a standard pc screen they appear, but on my laptop they disappear, and i think it's linked to the screen size..
Just two more question then i'll leave: how can i change the colour of the hamburgher menu icon and text without changing the links related colour on the theme tab? Last but not least, i would like to center the menu vertically on the page when i open it, now it is centered horizontally but on top of the page.

And this is how i set up the text block on the widget section

I just tested your site on the 5K iMac and your social icons are showing on footer (screenshot)and on the bottom-right side of menu (screenshot) too.

— There is not an option to center the menu vertically for the moment. But i can give you a CSS code that can place the menu a bit down:
