That is because on this page you don't have enough text to show a scrollbar, so it is logical that the scrollbar will hide automatically, but if you check items like this with a lot of text you will see the scrollbar, see image below.

I have 4 portfolio items - all alike - they are duplicates.
But on one of the portfolio items;

have a scrollbar on the textbox...but there is no scrollbar on any of the other portfolio items.
But they should be totally the same?
