The Single Product page uses a Owl Carousel which has a href link on each image to open the full size image. Is it possible to specify one of the alternative sizes for the href target?
E.g. instead of the original: /wp-content/uploads/DSC_0531.jpg
Can it have the large: /wp-content/uploads/DSC_0531-1024x685.jpg
Originals are too high quality to show on the website but want there for integrity. Also painful to have to resize images before uploading to the website.
Can you please share your site credentials here, because we need to login to your site and see this issue live. Your information is safe (private) in this thread.
To include your credentials click Insert Credentials button in editor toolbar. (See how)
Why are you so scared about sharing your credentials, we need to see how you have implemented the shop products and that is why I have required your login credentials. I have explained you on the other ticket about credential sharing, if you want to find a fix for your problems then you have to collaborate.
Because I care about who has access to my environment. I am unable to track what you are doing or what happens with my credentials in your hands. That is simple.
I do not want to give out credentials, it seems a lazy way to troubleshoot. Everything requires credentials. Is not support at all.
I made a general enquiry about a theme. There are no customisations to my environment. There are no need for credentials for everything.
That's a general question, but we need to see how you have implemented it on your site since there are many other factors that can result to change the theme dimensions. You haven't even posted a link to that product or shop, we do not have a superpower to know and imagine how you've set up the shop.
It's not a lazy way to troubleshoot, it's actually the best way to troubleshoot any issue you have with the theme, you can change the credentials before posting them here, and after we finish with the support part you can bring them back.

Why everything requires sharing site credentials? This was a general question not specific to my environment.
