Hey Guys,
There are two ways to change/get a new password in the theme:
1. If i am logged in in the Frontend (Login ) and Kontodetails (Account Details) - it is possible for me to put in my forget password details to get a new password.
2. If i am not logged in, i can press "passwort vergessen" for getting a new pass.
Now my problem:
If i use a email which is not in the system, i get a normal error message. If i use a unknown e-mail adress, i get a ERROR500. Its the same with both variants of trying to do this. And there is nothing to see i the logs.

What could be the problem?
I have to say, too that i get a passwort forgotten mail and its changed after that but the error is on the wrong place ;)

Can you please share your site and FTP credentials here, because we need to login to your site and see this issue live. Your information is safe (private) in this thread.

Thanks for the FTP credentials, but now I need a normal username and password to login and try changing the password to see where the issue is coming from your server and I need to see the root of it.
