I don't have this issue with other themes and I know about caching but is there an option on the theme that can help with this? Please fix this somehow since it could really damage conversions.
We don't have this issue on our theme, and it should work to you too. I just opened your site for the first time on my Chrome and the problem didn't happened to me. Then i started to record a video for you and opened your site on Private mode (no cache) and issue didn't happen again as you can see http://drops.laborator.co/HPIdge. You can also see Firefox and Safari http://drops.laborator.co/M1VyTw. So main three browsers are working as it should.
Have you solved this problem please? Please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don't come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved for you too, or maybe you have any extension on your browser.
