I have some questions:
1) Is it possible change the font size about the menu (and other contents) and about the search icon and cart icon? How I can do it?
2) Is it possible to have the image banner full dimensions like the slideshow?
3) Is it possible modify the space between them? I don't want any px of space between them
4) For the image banner: is it possible to apply the overlay color and text only when I go hover it with the mouse's coursor?

1— You need to check with inspect element your site if you want to be specific and change font sizes only on some areas.
For example to change the font size of the menu for example you can add this CSS code on your Custom CSS area:
