I'm using a kalium theme that I purchased from you for my fashion online store. Unfortunately I'm experiencing problems with it...The intro video on the Home Page does not play on the mobile version. I tried adding a photo back to see if it would resolve the issue... but when I go to the computer version it only shows a flash and then the video. Is there any way that can I get only the video running on all platforms?
Well, in works on template so it's got to be a way. Can you help me?
Unfortunately the video background will not work on mobile phones, as you can notice even our main demo the video background is not working on mobile anymore, and that is because mobile phones have stopped letting the videos autoplay or manually play, for more you can read this article by Revolution Slider.
