I have two issues relating to the map at contact:

1- Google map is not loading and a message saying Sorry! something was wrong is displayed. I pasted two different API keys, both with no success. What else can I do? I did it like description in Fix the missing Google Maps API key

2- Is there a way to set multiple markers in the map, cause we have two offices.

    Kind regards, HF

    Hi Scolex,

1— You need to add your Google Map API code. Please just read this article Fix the missing Google Maps API key to learn more.

2— Yes, that is possible as you can see in one of the pages of our Blogging demo (link). To achieve that you just need to add a new Map Location from Visual Composer every time that you need to add a new location.

    Hi Ylli,

looks like you dind't get my problem. I've add my Google Map API code like in the article Fix the missing Google Maps API key , but without any success. I still get the error code like before.

    What else can I do?
Is the problem perhaps related to an older php version?
    Anything else?

    Updates are all done.

    Kind Regards

    Hi Scolex_de,

Hmm maybe you are doing something wrong there or you are not copy-ing the code correctly because this works for every user. Can you please try again?

If that still doesn't work then please share your Wordpress credentials here, because I need to login to your site and test this issue. Your information is safe here (private) in this thread.

To include your credentials click Insert Credentials button in editor toolbar. (See how)

    Solved the problem.
With an older API code (already in use on an other website), the map is displayed.

Don't have a clue, why a new generated API code isn't working.

    Hi Scolex_de,

The new generated code should work fine too because it works for any user. I'm very glad that you managed to add the correct code there

P.S: If you like our theme, it would help us a lot if you could give us a five-star rating on Themeforest from your Downloads tab.

A huge thank you from Laborator in advance and have a great weekend!

Hi, just to let you know I had exactly the same problem and thanks to Scolex_de it is now solved. Very odd but I'm experienced with Google's API key and have never come across this before. Just thought you should know :-)

Thanks for your reply. We don’t know exactly why this is happening to you and the other user. Maybe Google Maps API don’t allow users to create more than 10 codes.

I definitely have less than 10 codes and it happened anyway...
