Hi, after trying every trick in the book I just reset my theme* because I couldnt upload pictures to my image gallery. But even after starting from zero again I still cant upload pictures to the image gallery.
I am hosting with godaddy where I modify the php settings to the ones recommended by your team. My pictures are in average 300KB in size. I haven't added any additional plugins besides the ones recommended by your team
Please help.
*went to the database and deleted everything, uploaded WP and kalium
I as i could understand it might be Server Issue i suggest you to contact your hosting you might have read/write permissions.
Also i could check for you the server from our perspective to see if i could find any issues, those issues are mostly on server side and is not Kalium issues.
To include your credentials click Insert Credentials button in editor toolbar. (See how)

It was really hard to get one error at least one, cause i had to upload 10 pic at time to get it. Well error is caused from server but i'm not sure what is it. Please consider sharing with us your FTP Credentials.

I can assume that your hosting provider is the main reason why images fail to upload. I disabled the theme (switched to default WP theme) and deactivated plugins and it was the same, the images could be uploaded but it took a while:

Hi desttes,
I can assume that your hosting provider is the main reason why images fail to upload. I disabled the theme (switched to default WP theme) and deactivated plugins and it was the same, the images could be uploaded but it took a while:

This is a core feature of WordPress and our theme doesn't alters the functionality (when uploading) in any way.
Hi, just to let you know I switched from GoDaddy to Hostgator and problem solved
Have a great week,
V
Glad to hear that, I'm setting this ticket as solved now
Best regards,
