Hello, I have been learnibng Visual composer and therefore haven't built my website yet. Time has passed and there were some updates on Wordpress: theme itself and plugins. Unfortunately, it's the second time I am not able to update Visual composer plugin as well as activate it. It says on wpbakery that 'NO LICENSES FOUND' which can't be true as I bought the theme from you this year! I am so confused and really want to understand how to fix it without giving up my credentials again, because it seems like a coming back issue and your support will only last for next 3 months now.
For sure you can still update the Visual Composer and other premium plugin, for free and also the theme. Please read the article we wrote about Installing and Updating Premium Plugins, as per activation you don't need to activate we are not allowed to provide our clients with Activation Key but all plugins will be full in usage, you will be informed the link i have provided above.
thank you for your reply and link. I figured out there were two links for Plugins on WP and I didn't see the one under the theme. It's now all working. Thanks again!
Can you please confirm if I will be able to update/install these plugins within Kalium after remaining 3 months support following these instructions?
Yes the product update will be available after expire of support.
