The confirmation emails on Woocommerce aren't sending. Is something from the oxygen theme overriding this?

Sorry but we haven't edited anything on this area. Are you sure that you have enabled this option as it should? Example:
My settings are exactly as in the vid you shared.
But no email is sent when I submit a test order.
Do I need to click "copy file to theme" ?

Please check this article Contact Form Doesn't send emails if you can send emails with the help of the plugin then your problem must be related to any third-party plugin because our theme doesn't override email templates of the WooCommerce or their functionality.
If you still have problems please contact your hosting provider and also you can write WooCommerce support directly.
