Internal Server Error and Plugins

    Hi,

I have recently installed a Kalium theme to begin building a new website www.raphaeliruzunmartins.com/wp. The theme installs just fine and the demo content is working too. However, when I try to install all of the included plugins or even just one, wordpress crashes and I get an internal server error. The front end of the website works but I am unable to access the back end. I have tried uninstalling and installing wordpress and the theme but it still has not worked. I wander whether this is a known problem and there is an easy solution to this?

    Many Thanks, Raphael

    Hi raphaelim

Reason why you are having trouble is that PHP version installed on you host company is not compatible with Kalium even WrodPress, please consider reading the article we wrote about Kalium Server Requirements.

    Hi there,

    I'm glad to hear that

P.S: If you like our theme, it would help us a lot if you could give us a five-star rating on Themeforest from your Downloads tab.  A huge thank you from Laborator in advance and have a great week!

Will set this ticket as solved from here.

    Thank you.
