We don't have this issue on our theme, and it should work to you too. Can you please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don't come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.
P.S: You are using Kalium 2.0.7, the latest version for the moment is Kalium 2.1.1, please read theme release notes, and then i would recommend you to update the theme too.
If you still have that problem then please share your Wordpress credentials here, because I need to login to your site and test this issue. Your information is safe here (private) in this thread.
To include your credentials click Insert Credentials button in editor toolbar. (See how)
I'm really sorry but for the moment i can't test anything on your site, i tried for 30 minutes but it seems that your pages are not working, it just show me a blank page and I can't go to any page as you can see http://drops.laborator.co/FGSDmu.
Can you please update your theme to the latest version (2.1.2) and also go to your System Status page and check if your server php limits are low (specially memory limit). If they are low you must contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase PHP version and PHP limits for you. For more information please read this article Wordpress and theme server requirements. There we have added an sample email that you can send to your hosting provider too.
Then when you fix this please write us again and we will continue with your initial problem.
I think that I have managed to fix this issue because another user seems to have reported the same thing.
So after you update the theme and increase your PHP limits as i wrote on my reply then please go to this path wp-content/themes/kalium and add the code below on the end of functions.php file.
My hosting tells me that the problem is the template (with the template downgrade the site returns to work) how is it possible? If you sign in now (version 2.0.7) you will see everything running
The problem that you are talking has not been reported by any of our 16k clients so this problem is isolated only to you and we are almost sure that this is happening because of your server.
Please update your theme again to the latest version and also send us your FTP credentials so we will check your server error logs to detect why this problem is happening and try to help you.
Hi, I have a problem with the product page and the image carousel.
If I configure an featured image, I see this duplicate image in the carousel, although I did not include this in the gallery.
This is the example:

Would you help me solve it?
Note: The latest version of the template does not resolve

Hi Daniele,
I just logged in on your site and I can see that you are still using Kalium 2.0.7 on your site http://www.couturehayez.com/blog

I think that you haven't correctly updated your theme.
Can you please update the site first? Here is the documentation that will teach you how you can update the theme Updating Kalium.
Thank you!
I updated the template but the problem did not resolve.
