If you want to change the We are laborator team then that's a Revolution Slider part so go to Revolution Slider and edit the slides of that slider to change the text, for more take some time to read the documentation site.

i have tried like you explained and its not working .... if you go to my website bottleline.ca you can see the text is still there with no changes although i have made a change to it. its still not taking effect on my main page in portfolio section.

another thing is when i am deleting some pages from my theme back end its not taking effect on the live page and still the pages the i have deleted is showing in the main menu .
