Glad to hear that, this is happening when we update "WooCommerce Multilingual" plugin to the latest version. I just added this on our to-do list and we will try to fix this problem on the next theme update.

The platform that we use to handle our support Ticksy is having problems for the moment and that's why this problem happened to you. We contacted the author of this platform and they are working to fix this problem so i hope that this problem will be solved next 24 hours.
As for your last question, if you are having problems sending or receiving emails you should contact your hosting provider because this is not a theme related issue.
WPML Update - Right links (menu or widget) not showing currency dropdown list.

Solved. I reinstall the plugin and chose another method for showing currency.
