You have created a user which has no privileges, in order to look into your issue I will need to have super-admin privileges and add plugins, edit files and more.
The code I have added works only for WooCommerce categories, if you want to use banners on other pages then you have to use Visual Composer or LayerSlider to show the banners.
You have already added a category image so to add another one you can use the same procedure, see this video I found on YouTube:
The code I gave you is for showing the image and by default it shows after the title (as written in my previous reply), there is no other known way to show it before.

I need to set a main banner on each product category page and other pages. How do I get that done?
I need this to work on both, WooCommerce categories pages and wp pages for none shop pages.
For WP pages i tried adding a feature image in page option but it didn't work.
I attached an image on what I'm looking for, I hope i made myself clear.

I tried adding another featured image to another woo categories and didn't work. Where exaclty do i have to upload the image?
I do need the featured image to load BEFORE the title, not after. Otherwise will make no sense.

I guess im going to have to find out how to fix the position of the banner on my own.
On the other hand, your custom css broke product detail template. The images are full width as well.
I'll try to fix this by my own, I wil let you know if i did it or not so you help me fix that.
