    Dear support,

I'm still building a website with your theme, and i've noticed that if i activate the WPML Woocommerce plugin the product page becomes like in the picture.

Also i've noticed an errore in the footer section where the payment logos are set.

When will an update be released for the woocommerce 3.0.9?

Thanks and have a nice day!

Forgot also to ask if it's possible to make the lookbook products carousel (image) all clickable (like all the other carousels) and not only the title; it is also possibile to add the quicklook button that's missing there?

Last one: Is it possibile to make all products links to be viewed via quick view instead of going to the product page?

    Thanks

    Hi Pietro,

1 — Can you please share your site credentials here, because we need to login to your site and see this issue live. Your information is safe (private) in this thread as the old ones are not working.

To include your credentials click Insert Credentials button in editor toolbar. (See how)

2 — We will soon release a new update for Oxygen, we were working on our other theme and we're happy that it's done now we're free to work on Oxygen, in the upcoming weeks we will work on the new update.

3 — Unfortunately it is not possible to add a quick-view link in the lookbook, since it is only a look book the functionality of that part is limited and does not have many options for customizing.

4 —  All the products can  be viewed with the Quick View, you can even switch between them by navigating through them.

    Best regards,
    Laborator Team

    Hi there,

    1. This was already fixed, I have enabled the WPML plugin and there doesn't seem to be any issue.

    2. Footer payments error now is not showing, the problem was because you hadn't uploaded an image for hover state.

    Best regards,
    Laborator Team

    Dear support,

I'm writing here, since i can't submit a new ticket since it gives me error.... (The purchase code provided was not properly validated. It resulted in the following error:

    "Refresh token not found").

By the way here is a list of several errors i found after updating your theme to the latest version:

    • After update i get these errors on header: Notice: Undefined variable: custom_logo_image_responsive_relative in /home/ciaobike/public_html/wp-content/themes/oxygen/tpls/logo.php on line 32 Notice: getimagesize(): Read error! in /home/ciaobike/public_html/wp-content/themes/oxygen/tpls/logo.php on line 35
    • Several woocommerce templates of the theme aren't updated even if you stated that it's woocommerce 3.1.0 compatible (see pics)
    • Errors are shown even if Wp debug is disabled, why?
    • Why can't i use some VC components on not 1/1 rows: ex. in a 1/1 i can use components like "tabs", "tour" etc, but not in a row divided by 2 or any other number (1/2 + 1/2 etc), why? I've use VC on many other themes and it has always worked, I really don't understand why these fucntions are disabled...

    That's all for now,

    Thanks! :)

    Hi there,

    1. Caused by WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips plugin, which I temporary disabled so you can see where the issue is coming from, not from the theme.

    2. Can you tell me where are you getting these informations?

    3. Where are these errors so we can see them?

    4. Couldn't get this question, can you please try to be very specific about the question and explain it more to us, in this way we can easily understand you and give you the proper answer.

    Best regards,
    Laborator Team

    Thanks,

But what about the new ticket sending issue (here on the assistance page)?

    1) Aw, thanks, but I don't understand why is it showing this error just after i've updated your theme and why it finds error in the logo template. /* I've resolved it, sorry didn't see there was an option to see the debug errors in the plugin, but still, do you know why does it output in error after the update? */

    2) You can find it here (templates section) https://ciaobikeitaly.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-status . I've also got the notifications directly after i've updated WooCommerce.

    3) It was related to the first question. If WP_DEBUG is disabled, i shouldn't see those types of notices and errors, correct?

    4) It's difficult to explain so i made a video :)

    Thank you again

    Hi Pietro,

The platform that we use to handle our support Ticksy is having problems for the moment and that's why this problem happened to you. We contacted the author of this platform and they are working to fix this problem so i hope that this problem will be solved next 24 hours.

1— As art said this error is caused from an third-party plugin, for more info you can contact the author of this plugin and maybe he wil try to solve that issue.

2— I can see that you are using Oxygen (Child theme), and the reason that you are seeing Outdated theme files is happening because you are using outdated files on your child theme. You can easily see detect that if you activate Oxygen (Main theme).

Remember that you only need to place files that you modify on your child theme and not all the files that you see on the Main theme.

3— WP_Debug if is set to True then you can see the errors on your site (if you have any) if you set it to false then the errors will be there (if any) but they notice will not show.

4— This is a Visual Composer related question, I think that the author has disabled that for any reason. You can address this question to the Visual Composer team for more informations.

Thanks for your understanding and have a great day!

    Hi Ylli,

"The platform that we use to handle our support Ticksy ....", i thought so, thanks!

    2) Yep i'm using a child theme, but there's no woocommerce files there. Using the main theme defaults. As you see in my child theme i only have screenshot.png, style.css, functions.php and custom-cbi-ginga-child.css

    3) Thanks for the explanation :)

    4) I understand that, but why on standard visual composer and on other themes works, but on this one no?

Since I'm here I would like to ask you another thing. I've noticed that on the demo in the quick view mode, there's a X to close it, but I don't find it on my installation. I was also wondering if was possible to close the quick view mode by clicking outside it as a normal lightbox?

    Thanks in advance

    Hi Pietro,

2— I just re-updated your theme and the issue is solved, it looks that you where using old versions of those files or you have modified any code theme file.

4— Thanks for reporting this.I will write your reply  on our to-do list and if this is a problem on our theme we will try to fix this on the next version of the theme.

    Have a great day!

    Hi Ylli.

    Thanks.

I've just noticed that you guys had disabled all my plugins, including maintenance mode. Unfortnately we didn't notice immediately and the site was online for a couple of days.

I'm very, very dissapointed by what happened. I'm actually furious now, as results our company and all our future companies and partners won't be your customers anymore.

What you guys did it's very bad and it's a sign of how poorly you treat your clients.

With all other assistances we had, if they had to turn off plugins to see what the problem was, they would turn immediately them on (of course!) and especially an important plugin such as maintenance mode, where a non finished website can't go online.

Now google even indexed our f**** pages and posts that are going to be deleted. As results there's gonna be more work from us, setting all redirects for not getting bad at SEO.

Is this how you guys work?

    Seriously?

In the last question i've also asked you "Since I'm here I would like to ask you another thing. I've noticed that on the demo in the quick view mode, there's a X to close it, but I don't find it on my installation. I was also wondering if was possible to close the quick view mode by clicking outside it as a normal lightbox?"

Can you please answer this question?

This thing is becoming even worse now. I've also noticed that to replace the Woocommerce files that were outdated you OVERWRITTEN ALL THE THEME FILES, resulting of losing all the changes we made to the theme!!!

Really? Are you joking? I ask help  to solve problems and you even make more?????

    Thanks for htis nightmare!!!

The worst i've ever had with a WP author!

    Hi Pietro,

Sorry but i don't remember that i have disabled that plugin for you, maybe me or my team mate Art did but we have more than 50 tickets per day and maybe we forgot this plugin disabled. When user have a strange problem we always disable all the third-party plugins first because on a majority of the cases problems come from any third party plugin. We also recommend that on our support page, see the video.

    As for your problem:

I told you that those outdated files was not a theme issue because you where using the latest version of the theme that supported WooCommerce 3.1.0 and 3.1.1. I also told you that maybe you have changed theme files on your Child theme, you said that you haven't made any modification. So i just re-updated your theme to fix your problem.

I didn't knew that you had modified your theme, even if you have modified it you where using Child theme so every support member would think that you have made your changes on your Child theme and the Main theme will not change anything for you.

But no, from your last reply now i see that you where using Child Theme but where changing files on your Main theme, this is a very wrong method and i'm sure that everyone that tries to help you there would be confused.

    — You can easily enable this option by going to Settings > Reading and google will re-index your site again:

    (view on new page)

    — As for your last question:

You can activate Quick View if you go to Theme Options > Shop Settings > and enable this option Quick View product (listing page).

    (view on new page)

If you don't see the X on your installation then we need to enter your site to see what is the problem.

I don't think that we offer a bad support, you can see on other tickets how happy are our clients with our support and how they appreciate that, at least we don't reply like robots by just giving users links and not helping anything. We always help our clients more that we are allowed, we update our theme regularly (even that our theme has 3 years since we published it) and that's why they really appreciate this.

Have a great week and i hope that your next reply will be more kind!

    Thank you.

    Hi Ylli,

I'm sorry for my reaction, but you have to imagine myself in a situation like this.

Firstly i want to say that it's not fair to say that you guys have a lot of work because it's a common thing in the WP community, besides our business and many other business; i can understand forgetting to disable some plugins, but not one as important as maintenance, that's a serious matter.

About the woocommerce fact, i've told you exactly how things were, we were talking about woocommerce, not the child theme, so i said i didn't make any edit on the woocommerce files.

If you had double checked my files you'd have seen that they were modified and because you had little time and wanted to do a quick job, you've overwritten the entire theme folder, while the problem was the woocommerce folder, so as i said this isn't a good sign.

I can really understand the fact that i was using a child theme so i didn't make edits to the main theme, but as i said you should have at least checked (something like 30 seconds check); btw i was working on the main theme because i've started there than i didn't sync the main and child theme.

I work mainly as SEO optimizer and i can guarantee you that doing as you showed me "You can easily enable this option by going to Settings > Reading and google will re-index your site again:" it's not going to work, because all the pages are already indexed on Google, therefore i will have to delete all pages, one by one, with the Google provided tool. If we don't this our site will get a bad score on SEO.

Luckily this is a brand new company and nobody went on the website (hopefully), besides of robots and who knows, maybe even competitors and spammers, so i re say what happened it's not an easy matter as you say it is.

About the "X" and all other works that need to be done, will be done on a staging copy of the website, since right now i really don't feel good about giving you access to the main website (i'll give you the credentials once the website is almost completed).

We've also selected your theme especially because we saw the support lasted so long.

    Have a nice day.

    Hi Pietro,

Thanks for your response, sorry that this happened but you can maybe understand that this was 100% our fault, and you didn't mentioned that you have changed WooCommerce files.

I'm glad that you wrote this reply and I apologize again for any problem that happened to you.

P.S: When you create your staging site and you need our support please just create a new ticket and write you ticket briefly, in this way we can easily understand you and give you the proper answer

Thank you very much and have a nice day for you too!
