It's not the problem of the content, the problem is that you are using a full-width header while the container of portfolio item content is remaining normal so to get it in the same line untick the following option below:
P.S. I don't know what's the purpose of writing the tickets in capital letters but it looks too pushy and not good, on your next tickets please use normal case.
My layout has to be FULL-WIDTH HEADER. The client approved it this way. If I disable the EXTEND HEADER option other problems will appear.

Art, we already have a difference of time zone that very disrupts the progress of the requests. I know that the pleasure is 24h, but there are situations that respond quickly. Because of the spindle it is very difficult.
P.S. We do our best to respond to our customers, we get almost 70+ tickets per day and we're only three people working with the theme development, design and support so we cannot respond you immediately.

If you want to set it only for this item then add it there, otherwise to apply if for all the items add it to the original Custom CSS which is on the left side.

There is actually a quick-fix which is not recommended though as it can cause problems elsewhere, so try this CSS in your Custom CSS area:
