    Hi there, 


    I installed the Aurum theme and changed some things but I only see the changes if I click 'view changes'. When I check them directly they don't work. For example the product zoom.
    Working:

    Also the checkout and the quantity of the products doesn't work.
    Can you check what is wrong. Now customers can not place a order :(  

    Everything works in the 'View change' mode but not directly on the website.

    Hi zmoke,

    That is happening because of your caching plugins, i can see from the screenshot that you are using W3 Total cache.  It is not recommended to use such plugins during the development phase, but it is recommended to use them in production.

    For more please read this article How to clear cache.

    I also activated Advanced Custom Fields plugin on your theme because that is a required plugin on our theme.

    P.S: You are using an old version of our theme 2.9.6 , the latest version for the moment is 2.9.8.1 (read changelog) please update your theme first and then the premium plugins too.

    The easiest way to update your theme is if you use Envato Market plugin. Just follow this little procedure http://drops.laborator.co/pLFH

    After you update the theme, there is a chance that we also updated some of the plugins that we offer.

    To update those plugins to the latest version that we support, just go to Appearance > Install Plugins.


    If you can't update any premium plugin there, go to Plugins > Installed Plugins and delete that plugin, then install it by going to AppearanceInstall Plugins page again.

    Hi Ylli,

    I deactivated the W3 but some things doesn't work, like:

    • Product zoom
    • Show mini cart on hovers
    • QUANTITY by products and cart

    Can you tell me if I can  activate a crumb pad or do I need to install a plugin?

    I just deactivated Fast Velocity Minify plugin because it was creating those problems for you.
