    Hi

I have just updated to WC 3.0.9 on my staging site by accident as I know you state in the documentation that the latest theme version only supports WC 3.0.5.

Is this why I'm seeing these error on my product pages:

    http://dev.kitandkin.com/shop/nappies/eco-nappies/

Is there a update coming soon?

    Thanks

    Garry

    Hi Garry,

WooCommerce 3.0.9 has changed 3 other files and we will release soon an update that will apply changes that those files have made.

Please don't update WooCommerce plugin without checking if the latest version of the theme supports that version, as we always write this information in Aurum changelog: "Laborator recommends not update WooCommerce to a newer version than 3.0.5 before we release compatible version of latest WooCommerce update".

    Have a great day!

    Hi Ylli

Thanks for getting back to me.

I did check what version the theme was supporting up to but I just updated to the latest version of WooCommerce by mistake.

I don't want to uninstall and reinstall v3.0.5 if you are going to release a theme update soon. can you give me any kind of time frame?

Also I wanted to make sure that the errors I am seeing do relate to the version and not something else. Did you see the errors I'm getting on http://dev.kitandkin.com/shop/nappies/eco-nappies/

    Hi Garry,

Please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don't come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved (see this video).

Also if you are using Child Theme please activate the main theme and see if the same issue is happening.

    Hi Ylli

I did as you suggest and you were correct, it was an issue with a function in my child theme.

    It's all resolved now.

    Many thanks

    Garry

    Hi Garry,

    Glad to hear that

P.S: If you like our theme, it would help us a lot if you could give us a five-star rating on Themeforest from your Downloads tab.

A huge thank you from Laborator in advance and have a great day!

Will set this ticket as solved from here.
