I am having trouble with my mobile menu. I have replaced the hamburger menu with text ('MENU' and 'X'), hiding the icon.
On the homepage, everything works fine, but it show a different logo than on the other pages. On the other pages, especially the portfolio page, the 'MENU' text is not very clickable. Sometimes it works on the first click, sometimes on the second, sometimes only with the fifth attempt. It seems as if another element is covering the MENU text, but i cannot find anything. I have already added this to the custom CSS but it doens't change anything:
.show-menu-text {
z-index:100;
}
Could you please assist, what is going wrong here?
This is very interesting. Can you please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don't come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.
If not, then can you please grant me Super Admin privileges? For the moment i'm very limited and I can't do anything on your site.
But the goal was to show the logo differently on the homepage: so instead of in the top left corner, small (as the logo is shown on all other pages), it should be very big, and cover 50% of the screen (left side).
So I chose to hide the normal logo on the homepage, and I added a 50% width column using visual composer, in which I added the bigger logo. But than that big logo seemed to cover up the menu button on mobile.
Could you please advise me on how I can make this happen in a way that the menu button is not compromised?
You can change the logo only for any specific page if you click Edit to that page and then go to Parameters and Options > Page Options > Logo & Menu and upload another logo for that page.
It all shows up perfectly on screens > 768px, but when I switch to mobile, the logo is too small. It keeps to the max-width:100px I set in the general theme details. I cannot alter this, because on other pages the logo cannot be wider than 100px. But only on the homepage, I want it to show bigger.
The page options to override the logo work perfectly for 768px and up, but how can I override the general logo style fot this page for < 768px?
That is happening because you haven't added the code as i wrote to you, i just fixed this by adding the code that i gave you earlier http://drops.laborator.co/g0HJRt.
Oh, sorry, I don't see what I missed then but you fixed it already so thanks.
When I test the site on mobile now, the menu button isn't always clickable (on pages other than home). Same problem as in the beginning, so sometimes the menu opens on the first click, sometimes on the second, sometimes only on the fifth attempt. And I do this very focussed, so it really should work. I am targetting the button very specifically because I'm aware of the problem, but it should be easely clickable for all users...
We don't have this issue on our theme, and it should work to you too. Can you please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don't come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.

Hi Charlotte,
I just fixed your problem, http://drops.laborator.co/cVnnVw, that problem happened because your image was very big.
Now in order to show your logo on your homepage too please add the code below to your Custom CSS area:
Thanks!
Hi Ylli,
Thanks, I see what you did there.

Hi Charlotte,
Please add the code below to your homepage only, so Parameters and Options >Custom CSS area:
Have a great weekend!
Thanks Ylli, but I already tried it. The general settings keep overriding this, I added a screenshot in attachment.

Can you see what the problem is?
Hi Charlotte,
Glad to hear that
As for your last question:
