This user has used our Masonry Portfolio (Visual Composer element). I will make a short video tutorial to tell you how this user achieved the portfolio like that http://drops.laborator.co/EkPnts
We are located on Easter Europe. You can expect a response within 24 – 72 hours Monday to Friday 9am – 1pm CET as we wrote on this article.
That is happening because your image size is smaller than the area of the project. On your Feature Image area you just need to place the original image that you have, the biggest size possible, and the Wordpress and the theme will take care for others.Example: http://drops.laborator.co/sWck7n
The user that you are referencing is uploading their pictures on much larger sizes too as you can see on this video: http://drops.laborator.co/2IDKjR.
Thanks, I hope that you now understand this and you can continue to populate your portfolio with your projects.
When we put STRETCH ROW, it should release the sides to fit more thumbs. What is happening is that the thumbs are being stretched and kept the 4 columns. Should release more columns to fit more thumbs on the sides completing the entire screen without changing the formats.
I do not quite understand it all. In this link below the settings are the same as the page you made the video and it is all the way that I want. The problem happens when I want to occupy the whole area of the monitor.
My settings. A Square we inserted in Box 3 col small size 3x3 The Vertical Vertical (2 x square) we used Box size 3x6 The double Horizontal (2 x square) we use Box 6 col small | 6x3
What would the ideal configuration look like. Like I said, it's perfect when we do not use the Stretch row option.
It seems to be something obvious, but we've been trying to figure this out for 3 days and we're not getting it. We'll give up.
See how it looks on my monitor with a resolution of 2560 x 1440. We were thinking that the thumbs would organize themselves around the screen. The higher the resolution the more thumbs by the sides. This doesn `t happen. Masonry is the dynamic behavior of the thumbs on the screen. See that site. Change the resolution and see what I mean.
Now I know exactly what you are asking but our Masonry doesn't work like that, so if you have a bigger screen the masonry elements will not organize around the screen.
Hope that my message was clear now, we also will check if we can add that option on our future updates but for the moment there are 120+ new things that we will add on our theme before that.
Thanks for your understanding and have a great weekend.
I have a very important question.
I've created featured images in the same format as this site - http://evarchitects.pl/. I saved 3 types of images to thumbs place holder:
1 - A simple square
2 - Double square (horizontal image)
3 - Double vertical square
All following a pattern and proportional to pattern 1 (simple square).
Why was not it the same as the referral website? Should I configure something?

Hi Marcelo,
This user has used our Masonry Portfolio (Visual Composer element). I will make a short video tutorial to tell you how this user achieved the portfolio like that http://drops.laborator.co/EkPnts
Thanks for the feedback. A doubt. I have many portfolios created. For each portfolio should I create a portfolio item within Masonry?
That's right?

Ylli, thanks for the help.
You were right. But we have a question.
When we put STRETCH ROW, it should release the sides to fit more thumbs. What is happening is that the thumbs are being stretched and kept the 4 columns. Should release more columns to fit more thumbs on the sides completing the entire screen without changing the formats.
How to solve this?
MODELO PORTFOLIO ITEM WITH ROW STRETCH
One other thing we saw is that the vertical thumbs get too big in their height by stretching the thumbs. It increases in height because it stretches.

MODELO PORTFOLIO ITEM NO ROW STRETCH
I want to spread the thumbs across the screen with the proportion of the screen of this link
http://valencaevalenca.profissional.ws/valenca/portfolio-test-10/
Hi Marcelo,
That is happening because there are 12 Columns on the theme, your project are added like this: http://drops.laborator.co/oa6rC
(view on new page)
So there is nothing wrong and this is how the theme works if you want to add a custom masonry elements.
Ylli, thanks for the feedback.

IT'S OK

On the page that you made your video, I just change it to STRETCH ROW AND COTENT and it stretches everything and loses its proportion.
See picture.

What is the ideal column selection for this page? - http://valencaevalenca.profissional.ws/valenca/portfolio-teste09
Não sei mais o que fazer Ylli.
