I've created a photography website with your wonderful theme, but I'm having an issue with uploading high quality media.
So far, I've only been able to upload 1280p quality images without being met with an HTTP error.
The issue with that is, I have around UHD (7952x5302) level photographs that I wouldn't mind having on my website.. is there a way to do this? Or even 2160p images would be better than the compression I'm having to go through.. please let me know.

In you case, I suggest you to contact your host to allow you to increase the MEMORY_LIMIT and POST_MAX_SIZE to an acceptable value to process your photos.
Can you please ask your host support (they may even have some documentation) how to increase PHP memory limit and file upload size so you won't have any problem when you upload them, for example I suggest you to set memory_limit to 512M and post_max_size to 68M
