    Can you please share your Wordpress credentials here, because I need to login to your site and test this issue. Your information is safe here (private) in this thread.

    Hi noazer83,

    That was happening because your Visual Composer plugin was installed but not activated. I just activated the plugin for you and now everything will work as it should

    Hi noazer83,

    As we can see this is not an error of the theme but the problem is on your server. We tested that with another theme on your Wordpress site and the same problem happened.

    We usually don't give support for the things outside of our theme but we will try to help you this time if we can do something.

    So please send us your FTP credentials too because we need to check your error log and some other things.

    i just show you that this dosnt work - visual plugin didn't work on my website

    Hi noazer83,

    I'm sorry to hear that but i just changed the language of your Wordpress to English because i don't speak your language and i didn't understand the options on your language.

    I also updated Layer Slider to the latest version that the theme support for you.

    Also i disabled your third-party plugins because most of the times when any user have a problem on their site the problem is related to any plugin that user has installed.

    We also wrote about this on the Support homepage

    Now, as I wrote on your old ticket, we maybe can fix your problem but you need to send us your FTP credentials and then we will check if we can fix your issue.
