1— I don't know if that is possible or not, please search for any plugin that can do this change or contact WooCommerce directly to ask them how you can do this modification.
2— I searched for this and I found this is happening because you have activated Yoast plugin, If you disable the plugin for the moment you can see that the Archive is not showing.
So the setting that you can change to remove Archive is on this area SEO > Titles and Metas > (and then i think) > Post Types.
And thanks for answer, i asked you , because on your theme is not shown like /product-category/.
Another problem that i have is : when i click on product , in the footer at related products it shows funny not on 4 collumn only on 3, but with a white space. I attached also a picture.

My links for category it shows like this :
product-category/for-him/bracelets-for-him/african-vinyl/
and the name is showing up like this : African Vinyl Archives
How to fix and replace product-category with the name of category and remove the archives from the name.
And another thing is when i acces /shop/ upper it shows Product Archive , not Shop.
