It's default actuly the title and description on the left and category filter on the right.

Maybe you have something custom your Custom CSS.

I would be able to identify if i would see your site.

I found an easy way of doing it. on Custom CSS past the code below:

.portfolio-title-holder{
    direction: ltr;
}
.product-filter{
    text-align: right;
}
.product-filter ul li{
    margin-left: 40px;
    margin-right: 0px;
}

If you are in trouble deactivate any plugin that you have installed. it my cause problem.

i wasn't able to login on your wp-admin, you have any plugin or firewall on server that is not allowing me to login, if can't fined solution please contact your hosting company, to help you with login issue.
