    Hi!
    I´m developing my web site with Kallium theme.
    I´d like to add several fields to contact form. ¿Is it possible?

    Please, tell me how can i resolve it. Thanks in advance.

    Hi Luis

    Please try to use other plugin like Contact Form 7 ( also install Bootstrap for Contact Form  to wrrapp with bs). 

    So you cold customize your Form as you wish.
