Disable tile hover effect on mobile

    I would prefer the hover effect for tiles to be turned off on mobile as it distracts from the content as a user moves over each image.

    Fixed. 

    I added the following in the responsive custom css area.

    .portfolio-holder .item-box.wow.animated .thumb .hover-state {
        visibility: hidden!important;
    }
