    Hi

since two days ago, i have been having trouble trying to upload my work (using the visual composer, Media Grid option. i have noticed that every time i try to upload an image or an pieces of work it tends to take longer to upload the work to the media grid option (see attachment: Screenshot 2017-04-19 21.30.17

When i do finally get to upload the the work i noticed that it delete the others images/work in the row (see attachment  Screenshot 2017-04-19 21.32.39 ) that i have upload before (see attachment Screenshot 2017-04-19 22.03.42 - the 2nd row is just an example of what happens) which makes it annoying as i have to re upload everything again...which is long.

This has made me now have to duplicate the row..which is a bit annoying as it look like this on the site (see attachment Screenshot 2017-04-19 22.03.57) when it meant to continue with the other row

i find this a bit off. as when i try to add images/use the visual composer onto other page for my website it works fine.

Can you help and i hope this helps?

    Hi Chukwukwu

I recommend that you should do some changes on server before we go and find the solution what is causing the trouble.

Kalium has some minimum requirement on server configuration, please read the following article we wrote about Server Requirements.

Than we will be back to your issues, to check if is still present.

    Thank you.

    Hi chukwuemeka

Sorry for my mistake that i didn't mention you have to contact your hosting company to do the changes, in the section 'Updating your PHP version', you will see all details what you should do.

    Hi chukwuemeka,

I'm really glad that the solution worked and you can continue to work on your site now :)

Remember to read Kalium Documentation, you can find some very useful things there that will help you to create a great site.

P.S: If you like our theme, it would help us a lot if you could give us five star rating on themeforest from your Downloads tab, (if you don't know how, just open this link). A huge thank you from Laborator in advance and have a great day!

Will set this ticket as solved from here.

    Thank you
