Sorry but this is not possible to do on the yoursite.com/portfolio page. To do that you can use a custom page and add your RS slider, then below you can add your Portfolio Items from Visual Composer widget.
P.S: I see that you have “Support Expired” badge for this theme listed next to your name; please renew your support subscription next time you need support and we’ll be happy to assist.
