    Hi,

    Is there some compression applied to the images in product carousel or some other processing that affects the image quality - I've just realised they look quite bad. There is a substantial difference in how they look in the individual product view and in the carousel - at the same magnification of course. Please have a look at the attached - left is the product carousel image, right individual product view.

    Hi Michal,

    That is happening because you have updated WooCommerce on your theme.

    As we always write this information in Kalium changelog: "Laborator recommends not updating WooCommerce to a newer version than 2.6.14 before we release compatible version of latest WooCommerce update". 

    If you have already updated your WooCommerce then please read this article: Theme contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files.

    Also please take some time to read our documentation, regarding the problem you're talking about refer to this article in our documentation.

    Hi Ylli, my bad, I did fail to comply to your recommendation. However I'm not sure at all that this is causing the problem - I only updated WooCommerce yesterday and the problem occurred 3 days ago - I didn't have a chance to send a ticket immediately due to the support server being down. If you are sure that the incompatibility is the cause I understand that you can't do anything about it until the theme update comes around, I hope you guys will release it soon;)

    Hi Michal,

    I think that Art solved this problem for you, can you please check if your images are clear now. If not then this must be a problem related to WooCommerce update.

    Please wait until we publish a new theme update this week that will support latest version of WooCommerce, then if the problem is still active you can write a new ticket.

    Hi Ylli,

    I haven't heard from Art but apparently the images are clear enough not - identical to the uploaded originals. Thanks a lot for that. As for the Individual product pages being stripped of formatting problem - that's somehow gone as well. Not sure why but it is. Ticket closed:)
