    HI, Ever since I have had this theme it has been a massive problem. Every plug-in update or update to the theme causes the whole website to go blank when performed. Arlin has helped me through two of the updates as the site was not functional at those times without doing the updates so we had to. 

    Now the site is not functioning properly again and we need to do the updates to the theme, wordrpress and all of the plug-ins. I know the whole thing is going to go blank once more and need to be re-installed. 

    I am terribly disappointed in this theme and wish it would work properly to where I can do basic updates without having the theme developer, my host and myself all working at it at once to make sure there is no down time when the whole thing blows up at it will do. The theme is beautiful but is as useful as a sock with holes in it. 

    Can you please help me fix this website once and for all? You have access to my site so it should be a no brainer for you. Please let me know when you have updated it all as I am sure it will go blank again and I will need to reload it.

    Hi Asti,

    I am sorry for caused issues. But, WooCommerce updates always introduce something new that might break our theme functionality and we always try to release patches after each update (WC 3.0.x compatibility is on the way. Especially when there are many third-party plugins in use, that make updates critical.


    As for your issue, can you tell me exactly what is the problem and what should I do.

    Ticksy service (the support platform that we are using) experienced some problems this month and it can happen that you have replied but the reply didn't go through.

    If you have replied but the reply was not posted please just open a new ticket and there explain your problem and also send us your WP and FTP credentials.
